pug:Generally located on the corner or attached to the side of the cover, these elements are used to promote exciting news or promotions, for example, if the magazine is free. The idea is to make it stand out from the rest of the magazine by using bright colours and high contrast.

The Daily Mirror will have more images, but there will also be enough text for readers to understand the story's events and central thesis.

The crimson around the masthead clearly indicates the Labour Party.
2) How does the Daily Mirror represent Gary Lineker in the CSP pages? Why do you think they present him in this way?
Because Lineker tried to stick to the Labour Party's fundamental principles of equality, they present him as confident, proud of his statements, and fearful of the consequences.
3) How is the BBC Chairman Richard Sharp represented in the Daily Mirror CSP pages? Look particularly at the use of images on the front cover and the section on Sharp on the inside page. Give detailed answers with evidence from the CSP pages.
Given that he is probably a conservative member, which accounts for his strong convictions, they wish to hold him responsible for Lineker's conduct. In his photo, he also has a serious expression and looks under pressure.
